PMCS AC & Heating Company LLC was established in 2017 by Michael McCardell, a commercial HVAC contractor based in Houston TX.  PMCS (Preventive Maintenance Checks Services) was built on the concept that regular maintenance is required for the unit to function efficiently and effectively. PMCS identifies that your AC Unit is one of the largest home investments and preventive maintenance ensures that air conditioners run at their optimal potential, prolonging the life of the ac system.

 

 

PMCS has tripled revenue since 2017 largely due to our work ethic and reputation because of our consistency in the services we provide to our customers. Our goal is “Making AC Affordable” not to leave anyone without an option.

 

Our business model is based on transparency and interactions with our customers making sure they are comfortable and clear about the decisions they make regarding their HVAC needs. Our customer base continues to grow largely due to PMCS reputation for customer service, pricing transparency, and our in-depth knowledge of the industry. 

 

We specialize in commercial, new builds, and multi-dwelling in addition to residential HVAC services. Including but not limited to air quality system installations, routine and preventive maintenance, ductwork, and bringing ac or heating systems up to code for inspections.
